From November 17-23, 2025, the Türkiye Curling Federation hosted the first Turkish National Floor Curling Championship in Samsun, in collaboration with World Floor Curling.

A total of 313 participants (161 male and 152 female) competed in men’s, women’s, and mixed competitions during the week long event, with 25 cities across Türkiye represented. The last day of competition featured the top Turkish teams competing in the National Team Selection Event, vying to be selected as the athletes to represent the country in international competitions.

This event was a major milestone in the national development of floor curling in Türkiye and is a clear sign of the sport’s growing momentum. It is exciting to see the Federation embracing World Floor Curling technology to expand the sport’s reach and create even more opportunities within their communities.
